Prior to completing this application please ensure that you have read the following;
- LJ Hooker Sutherland require that you see the premises before handing in your application
- We do not allow ‘bidding wars’ over rental properties in which you can offer higher than the asking price to obtain the rental
- All sections of this application is required to be completed – incomplete information may result in application not being processed (please speak to the Property Manager to ensure you have filled this out correctly)
- Only when you are approved you will be notified to pay a holding deposit of 1 weeks rent.
- All applicants on this form wishing to be part of the lease must have the following information for Identification purposes;
- Current Drivers License/Passport/Other Photo ID
- 2 most recent pay slips/current letter of employment
- 2 most current rental receipts/ledger (you can obtain this from your agent)
- Copy of bank statement/electricity/water/phone bill with proof of address
